Giulia joined Novartis after over 15 years of experience in Management Consulting (namely in IQVIA, LSC and CVA) with a strong focus on life sciences at Global and Local level, covering several Therapeutic areas - mainly Specialty and Rare diseases - and topics - Launch Programs design and execution, creation of Innovative Customer Engagement Model, Portfolio Strategy and Organization Design. She holds a MS in Biomedical Engineering.
